The meeting focussed on the Centre for Media Studies and its support to exiled journalists. They also discussed how the SSE Riga experience can be used in rebuilding Ukraine.

The Centre for Media Studies plays an important role in the fulfilment of the SSE Riga mission: To contribute to the economic, social and democratic development of the region. The Centre's activities are aimed at improving the quality of journalism through education, practical trainings, networking and research. Strengthening cross-border investigative journalism and sustainable media businesses are among the top priorities of the Centre.
