Our Support and Programmes

Passionate about entrepreneurship but not sure where to start?

At SSE Business Lab Riga, we provide on-demand support with all things entrepreneurship for SSE Riga students, staff and recent alumni, helping you leap into the field of startups and to build new connections.

Currently, we offer three support options to help you and your ideas grow:

• Biweekly drop-ins
  Twice a month, you are welcome to come and chat with one of our team members on SSE Riga premises about your startup ideas or other entrepreneurship-related topics of your choosing. Whether you want to better understand startup growth stages and verticals, or looking for practical advice on securing an internship in an early-stage company. Sign up via the e-learning platform.
• On-demand coaching sessions
  If you feel that the issue you are facing is more complex and nuanced (e.g., how to find the best problem-solution fit), you can book an online meeting where we will discuss the challenge and how to move forward. After the session, if needed, we will further arrange for you a meeting with a mentor, usually from SSE Riga alumni, who is an expert in your area of interest.
• The Ideate programme
  In Spring 2025 we will start a programme aimed at helping you to go from a passion for Entrepreneurship or a certain industry to forming a like-minded team, identifying a problem, finding a problem-solution fit, and creating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). If you are curious about the program, you can register your interest via a form on the e-learning platform, and we will contact you once further details and application deadlines are available.
