The Anders Wall Foundation was founded in 1981 by Anders Wall, a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics. The Foundation supports entrepreneurship and creativity and annually awards scholarships to young talents in the fields of scientific research, entrepreneurship, rural development, international studies, and music. Since its inception, the foundation has awarded over 80 million SEK to around 450 scholarship recipients. Equally important as the scholarship amount is membership in the Wallumni network, consisting of former Wall scholars. Members regularly meet and undertake activities such as international study trips together.
