Smith Richard

Richard is the Executive MBA Director of Reflection and Coaching Programme at SSE Riga. He is also an executive coach and advisor on strategy.

He spent the first decade of his career as a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in London and Mexico City, before starting his own independent practice. Richard majored in Experimental Psychology at the University of Cambridge, and holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD. He is British and currently lives in Mexico with his family.
