Roundtable: Labour Inclusion, Skills and Entrepreneurship – Ukrainian Displaced Peoples’ Integration in Poland

This roundtable event will bring together a diverse group of academics, policymakers, and key stakeholders who have been actively involved in supporting the integration of Ukrainian displaced people in Poland.

The discussion will focus on the importance of skills development, enterprise creation, and labour market inclusion for Ukrainians in Poland, where nearly 1 million displaced individuals are currently registered (data: UNHCR).

Poland, with its shared language and cultural ties, has been a key destination for Ukrainian refugees, and while 65% of them are employed, they continue to face significant challenges in the labour market.
