Yuliya Ponomareva is a Serra Húnter Fellow at Autonomous University of Barcelona and a member of ESADE Center for Corporate Governance (Spain). Yuliya holds a PhD in management from Linnaeus University, Sweden. Prior to her current position, she worked as a lecturer at Uppsala University (Sweden) and ESADE Business School (Barcelona).
Her research interests include boards of directors, top management teams, and ownership. Yuliya’s work has recently appeared in Corporate Governance: An International Review, Long Range Planning and Journal of World Business. In addition to her research engagement, Yuliya has developed teaching content for various educational programmes.
