The Leadership Programme provides a comprehensive approach to developing essential leadership skills for today’s dynamic business environment. Combining four key areas—Leading Change, Storytelling for Business Leaders, Transformational Leadership, and Building High-Performing Teams—this programme helps leaders anticipate change, inspire teams, and drive transformation.
With a focus on human-centered leadership, participants will gain the tools to lead through uncertainty, foster self-awareness, and build strong, adaptable teams. Led by two experienced faculty, this programme equips leaders to thrive in an increasingly complex world where leadership is key to organizational success.
Context
The Leadership Programme provides essential tools for navigating the complexities of leadership in today's rapidly evolving business world. It equips leaders to anticipate and drive change, recognize macro-trends, and effectively communicate a clear vision. However, having a vision alone is not enough; leaders must be able to engage and influence others to support change, making storytelling a crucial skill. Through compelling narratives, leaders can inspire action, foster connection, and build trust.
Additionally, the programme emphasizes the importance of self-awareness and personal growth in leadership. True leadership starts within, and by reflecting on one's own development, leaders can enhance their ability to guide teams toward sustainable outcomes. Faculty
Žanete Drone is a leadership coach and trainer at INSEAD, the world’s leading business school in France, where she works with individuals, groups, and organizations from across the globe. She also runs her own leadership development and coaching practice.
Her clients include global organizations in finance, pharmaceuticals, IT, telecommunications, and other industries both internationally and in Latvia.
With 18 years of experience in organizational development, Žanete began her career leading media and government relations for Latvia’s largest telecommunications company and managing the Finance Minister’s Office. She also founded and led her own advertising and communications agency before transitioning to leadership and personal development.
Žanete holds a Master’s in Social Sciences from the University of Latvia and a Master’s in Communications from the University of Leicester, UK. She is a certified integral coach (Canada’s Integral Coaching School) and an MBTI practitioner. She has studied adult and organizational development methodologies in the US, Sweden, the UK, and Lithuania and is a certified contemplative teacher from the Swiss-Latvian Via Integralis School.
Her personal experience of profound socioeconomic changes in the 1990s sparked a deep interest in the phenomenon of change and the development of individual and collective consciousness, which continues to inspire her work today.
Peter Zashev is an academic, business trainer and high-energy speaker on leadership, change and team performance, co-author of the HPT Index online assessment tool. Peter has more than 15 years of executive education experience working with the management of big companies across Europe and mainly in the Nordic countries, the Baltic States and Russia. His experience, knowledge and skills draw on:
Academia - holding a MSc degree from the St Petersburg State University in Russia and a PhD from Hanken School of Economics in Finland, currently Peter is a Program Director at Hanken & SSE Executive Education, Finland and an Adjunct Professor at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
Business – Being himself an active entrepreneur and board member, he has considerable consulting experience featuring private customers and projects in business strategy and organization as well as offering expert services to national and international organizations.
Multicultural - Peter is Bulgarian by origin, Finnish by nationality, Estonian by residence, half Swedish by workplace and with extensive Russian experience. He speaks English, Russian, Bulgarian and Finnish.

This Leadership Programme consists of four modules, each designed to address critical aspects of modern leadership:
Leading Change: Navigating the Unknown
This intensive two-day course equips participants with the tools and insights needed to manage organizational change effectively. The course is split into two parts:
- Part 1: The Telescope focuses on preparing for future challenges by understanding macro-trends and building resilient structures.
- Part 2: The Microscope addresses the human side of change, offering strategies to influence, engage, and lead through times of transformation, even without formal authority.
Storytelling for Business Leaders
This module teaches leaders how to harness the power of storytelling to connect with their teams and stakeholders. Participants will learn the key elements of a compelling story—such as structure, emotional resonance, and relatability—and practice crafting and delivering their own impactful stories to inspire trust, drive engagement, and communicate a clear vision.
Transformational Leadership: Leading Through Inner Growth
This course explores how true leadership begins within, emphasizing personal growth as a means to lead others effectively. Participants will develop critical self-awareness, understand group dynamics, and learn how to apply these insights to foster engagement, well-being, and purpose within their teams and organizations.
Building and Leading High-Performing Teams
