Visiting Lecturer. EMBA Elective Course: Advanced Negotiations Department of Business and Management

Per Henrik Hedberg holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Columbia University and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics. He has dual MBA degrees from Columbia Business School and Darden Business School.

Per Henrik researches strategic interactions between individual actors and is currently leading a project on cultural orientations to strategic behavior in Russia, the United States, and Sweden. He has served as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Stockholm University (currently at Souderton University) and as the Academic Director at SSE Russia.

Prior to academia, he ran an education company and worked at the Swedish Trade Council in Chicago. He is an expert in motivation, memory, decision-making, negotiation, and individual behavior in social networks.
