Gen Z & Leadership: What They Want and How Leaders Adapt

Friday, November 8, 2024, 13:00 – 17:00
SSE Riga, Soros Auditorium

For 30 years, SSE Riga has shaped over 3000 graduates, from Bachelor's to Executive MBA. As we celebrate our anniversary, we focus on Gen Z – a generation representing our current and latest Bachelor students entering the workforce with fresh perspectives on careers and leadership. On November 8th, we invite you to join us for an afternoon Forum – Gen Z & Leadership: What They Want and How Leaders Adapt.

Talks regarding generational differences at work have recently gained popularity. We hear fewer references to experience, commitment, and stability, while keywords such as "wellness," "authenticity," "flexibility," and "self-fulfillment" receive a lot of attention.

Is that a passing trend or the future of what we value at work?

We decided to invite Gen Z individuals to contribute insights into their attitudes, mindsets, and workplace expectations, as well as ask company executives about their reactions to these novel concepts.
