Executive MBA students have shown great spirit and motivation - and now they are officially holders of a degree of the Executive Master of Business Administration!

Study years during the pandemic were challenging and therefore their SSE Riga Diploma is of particular value - students had on-site, hybrid and fully online study modules. Besides, the Class of 2021 still has one joint event to anticipate - graduates will go on an international field trip together to Asia in May 2022.

During the event a special award was presented to the authors of the best thesis of the Class of 2021 - Diana Fridrihsone and Julija Suhodolska - the title of their work is “Achieving effective hybrid working: hybrid workplace elements for white-collar workers in Latvia and their relationships with employee productivity and well-being during COVID-19 pandemic”.

Dr Soban Masih Memorial Awards for winning the business plan contest during the international module were awarded to Jānis Čupāns and Mindaugas Petrauskas from the Class of 2020 and Aleksandra Kostjukoviča from the Class of 2021.
