About the speakers:

Andris Zvejnieks, Swedish-born Latvian, working as a senior adviser in communication and leadership. Mostly in Sweden, but also in Latvia.
"I’m eager to share how we can make use of brain knowledge to become more successful in achieving our goals as leaders. Apart from working as an advisor in my co-owned company Stratvise, I am the course director for two courses at Berghs School of Communication, several times appointed the title ”the World’s Best Communications School”. My lectures always include discussion and interactivity."

With over 20 years of experience in HR and Organizational Development, Chris van der Schoor has guided organizations through transitions and empowered teams and leaders to master complexity. As HR Director for Studio Operations EMEA at Netflix, Chris played a pivotal role in bringing Netflix’s renowned culture principles to life.
Today, leveraging the Cura principles of Curiosity, Curation, and Care, Chris helps companies in transition achieve higher collaboration, knowledge sharing, business growth, and team effectiveness. With a sharp focus on organizational design and behavior, he uncovers fresh possibilities for individual, team and company success.
Dutch by origin and based in Sweden, Chris has led HR teams and partnered with leadership teams across Europe, North America, and Asia.

Fionn Dobbin is a creative leader, designer, and lecturer with extensive experience working at the intersection of creativity, sustainability, and strategic innovation. Collaborating with some of the world’s most influential organizations and academic institutions, Fionn has developed and delivered impactful strategies and workshops that empower leaders and teams to navigate complexity and drive meaningful change. His global expertise spans diverse industries and cultural contexts, offering unique insights into fostering creativity and resilience in today’s fast-changing world. He has also taught at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, focusing on topics such as creative confidence, entrepreneurial strategy, and design thinking.
