Diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategies are targeted responses to social, economic, and ecological changes. These strategies aim to address systemic inequities and foster representation, equity, and participation across various dimensions of human identity. By leveraging diverse talent and promoting inclusive environments, D&I strategies drive innovation, enhance organizational performance, and contribute to sustainability efforts in an interconnected world.
- "The Future Workforce: from AI Assistants to virtual employees" by Nikolay Sekachev
AI assistants and virtual employees are reshaping the businesses. As language models surpass human capabilities and no-code automation becomes mainstream, AI integration is now a necessity for business success. We explore the potential, limitations, and future of AI-powered assistants, virtual agents and employees, and their profound impact on workflows and the workforce composition.

Just like Ducati's successful Demodicid, we'll explore how harnessing the power of data with the right team can propel your organization to the front of the pack. Are you ready to race ahead like Ducati and KTM, or are you struggling to keep up like Honda and Yamaha? We will look through the triumphs and challenges of these racing giants and discover how to steer your own success story through data excellence.
