This 10-week programme, supported by EU funding, is designed for SME leaders, innovation managers, and department heads working in Latvia's Smart Specialization Strategy (RIS3) sectors. It aims to equip participants with the skills to drive innovation within their companies.

The programme covers key topics such as emerging technology trends, design thinking, business model innovation, leadership in uncertainty, and financial management for innovation. Participants will also work on practical, real-world challenges with expert mentorship throughout the course.
