The Centre for Sustainable Business at SSE Riga has become a member in the Network for Business Sustainability
The Network for Business Sustainability is based in Ontario, Canada, and is a growing network of more than 6000 researchers and managers committed to advancing sustainable business. The organization uses knowledge to bridge the communities of research and industry to improve business sustainability.
The Centre for Sustainable Business at SSE Riga has become a member in the Network for Business Sustainability which unites more than 150 sustainability centres around the world.
Hundreds of sustainability centres at business schools around the world teach, conduct research, and work with industry to make social and environmental change.
The Centre for Sustainable Business at SSE Riga was founded in 2012 and its aim is to foster a discussion in the business community as well as in society in general on sustainability on all its dimensions, for example, the Shadow Economy Index for the Baltic Countries is estimated annually by the Centre.
Membership in the Network for Business Sustainability will ensure greater opportunities for international collaborations and research initiatives. Members receive and create value by participating in workshops, building a strong network of experts, and advancing the awareness of sustainability.
