Research
Marija is a researcher at the Department of Accounting and Finance. She holds a BSc degree from the Stockholm School of Economics (Riga). Marija is working with Professor Ágnes Lublóy in the field of alternative financing and is currently involved in the project “Success Factors of Real Estate Crowdfunding Projects: Evidence from Spain”. The project aims at identifying factors which drives investors to participate in the real estate crowdfunding campaigns.
